Abigail Robbins married John L Johnson on July 12, 1849 in St. Charles when she was 15 and he was 25. Her eldest brother Franklin witnessed the wedding. Abigail Robbins Johnson was orphaned at a young age. She was the daughter of Moses B. and Mary Best Robbins who bequeathed the land where the cemetery sits and who are both buried at Black Walnut Cemetery and whose family biography can be read at the Robbins tab. Abigail was around 6 when her father died and 11 when her mother died. Abigail died possibly as early as 1862, but before the 1870 census was taken. During the 2020/2021 Black Walnut Cemetery restoration, no evidence of her burial with her children was found.
