Dora Meyer is buried at Black Walnut Cemetery according to the death notice in the St Charles Monitor. She was 3 or 4 years old when she died on 21 Feb 1896 and was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Charles Meyer. There were 2 obituaries for little Dora, but neither contained much information about her family. Through the Jameson family we connected Charles Meyer to Sarah Jameson. We don’t know the exact date of Dora’s birth, but could it be that she was the twin sister to Nora? Little Dora’s gravestone was not located during the cemetery restoration 2020-2021.
